Thank you to everyone who participated in the course selection process this week at DMHS! If you have not yet completed the process, please report to the Auditorium on Monday, August 9, between 9:00 AM and 2:00 PM. Note that this will be the final in-person day course selection is offered. If you have any questions, please contact your child's school counselor directly. Thank you!
Dear DMHS Parents of rising 10th, 11th and 12th Grade Students,
We would like to share our plan for students to come back to campus to participate in our course selection process. Please note that an email has been sent out using the email address you placed in Genesis. Also, a hard copy of this letter has been mailed out. These both include more information for you to review before coming to campus.
Everyone will need to fill out the COVID screener before entrance to the building is granted: https://forms.office.com/r/MXx12qmUJF
Students will have the opportunity to meet with a school counselor and review their GradPlanner which includes the courses they have taken in previous school years. Based on graduation requirements, followed by student interest, students will make course requests for next school year.
The following is a schedule for students to return to school to do the aforementioned tasks:
Grade 12 (Class of 2022), Monday, August 2:
Group 1 (9:00 – 10:30 AM): Abdual Quiceno – Gilmore
Group 2 (10:30 AM – 12:00 PM): Gonzales – Ortega

Dear DMHS Graduating Seniors (graduating on 6/22/21),
A decision regarding whether an indoor or outdoor ceremony will be made by tomorrow 12 pm (noon). I will send out a second set of messages tomorrow confirming either way (call/text and email blast).Please remember that the ceremony will start at 4 pm. All graduating seniors need to make sure their laptops, chargers and hot spots are returned to administration by tomorrow 9 am. All graduating seniors need to report to the auditorium at 9 am for graduation practice. Each student will be gifted a bonus rain ticket after graduation practice tomorrow (thus, 3 indoor rain tickets per student). The graduation will be streamed live; the link is on our website.
